Tania Luz Medicina

Daughter-Sister-Mother

holding women through windows of change.

We acknowledge and respect the Bundjalung Nation, the land in which we play, work and live on.We pay deep respects to the original people of these lands, who are keeping culture alive through unwavering love for mother earth. May traditional and spiritual ways of custodianship return to us all so we may help heal the rivers, the oceans, the lakes, the mountains and bush lands.

Womb therapy

Womb Therapy is a sacred offering for women seeking to reconnect with their bodies, their stories, and their inner wisdom. Rooted in ancestral traditions and ceremonial care, each session weaves together deep listening, abdominal and womb massage, and energetic holding. This work supports you through postpartum, painful cycles, menstruation and fertility challenges, menopause, grief or simply the call to come home to yourself. We begin with your story — what brings you here — and allow the body to guide the session. You may receive rebozo work, belly massage, herbal support, yoni steam, heat therapies and gentle spiritual care depending on your needs.
It’s a space of softness, remembrance, and transformation.

ceremonies

I hold space for the sacred transitions in a woman’s life — moments that deserve to be honored, witnessed, and remembered. These ceremonies are rooted in ancestral traditions and carried with deep reverence, love, and care. They invite you to return to your center, to be held in your transformation, and to mark your journey with meaning.Ceremonies I offer include:
– Closing of the Bones – a deeply nurturing postpartum or end of stage ritual to call your energy back and integrate your experience
– Mother blessings – a sacred honoring of pregnancy, preparing body and soul for birth
– Placenta Burials – a ceremony to return the placenta to the Earth with gratitude and prayer
– End of 40 Days Rituals – to close the sacred postpartum window and welcome your new self
– Other Rites of Passage – ceremonies for first bleed, miscarriage, abortion, menopause, or any moment calling for ritual and remembrance
Each space is created with intention — using touch, warmth, prayer, herbs, and tradition.
They can be held in your home or a chosen sacred space.
If your soul is calling for ritual, I would be honored to hold you.

ABOUT ME

I am Tania Luz! I am a Colombian living in the Northern rivers of NSW, Australia with my two children and my beautiful husband. After losing my mama while being pregnant with my first baby life took a turn. One of grief, connection, death, birth and rebirths. Losing my mother while I carried my first baby cracked something open in me. It was the first time I truly understood how close birth is to death, how every beginning carries an ending inside it.I’ve been walking a path woven with cycles and thresholds, holding space for women as they move through their own transitions. Everything I offer is rooted in the ancestral memory of Abya Yala, Latin America. This is knowledge passed through the womb, through the feminine, from the earth and the ones who came before.I carry it with deep reverence and love.

I honor the mother, the maiden, the wise one. I honor the stories that live in our blood and bones. My work moves in two worlds: the visible and the invisible, the body and the soul. I believe deeply in the power of presence, to simply be with another. To witness. To hold. Through this presence, I offer a space where women can feel truly seen and supported in all the layers of their becoming. My intention is to support women in finding their own balance and harmony within their bodies, their emotions, their rhythms as cyclic beings. I’m here to walk beside the countless transitions that come with being a woman, gently, lovingly, and with presence.
I believe that to find true balance, we must remember we are a reflection of Mother Earth herself.
I’m here, walking this path with curiosity and devotion. Thank you for meeting me here.
